Dalal Alhajji, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, was recently recognized as a “10 Under 10 Dentist” by the American Dental Association (ADA). The ADA 10 Under 10 Award pays tribute to dentists who have made notable contributions to the field within 10 years of graduating from dental school. 10 Under 10 Award recipients also receive a $1,000 cash prize and widespread recognition from ADA publications and news channels.
Dalal Alhajji was recognized by the ADA for her advocacy of patient-centered dental care for patients with cancer. She completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency at the School of Dental Medicine in 2015, as well as a masters of science in dentistry and oral medicine in 2019. She now works as a clinical instructor at New York University College of Dentistry.
