The deadline to apply for funding from the Summer Undergraduate Research in Energy and Sustainability (SURES) program is March 7.
The SURES program provides support for undergraduates to participate with faculty in research, while also engaging students, staff, faculty and community members in discussion and debate of energy issues.
Each SURES participant will be paid a $3,500 stipend for full-time commitment.
During the 10-week program, students will work closely with their research mentors on proposed projects. In addition, participants are required to participate in the weekly seminar series.
