The Department of Human Resources has extended the deadline to apply for its intensive 10-month program for university leaders. Now, individuals in a supervisory role have until Sept. 28 to apply for the L.E.A.D. (Learn, Empower, Achieve & Develop) Certificate Program.
The L.E.A.D. Program provides supervisors with the opportunity to increase their leadership competency through workshops, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, assessments and networking. Participants gain the skills necessary to effectively drive the performance of their teams and the success of their unit, department or division.
