Cincinnati Enquirer (subscription required): Gabriella Celeste, policy director of the Schubert Center for Child Studies and co-director of the childhood studies program at the College of Arts and Sciences, discussed some of the implications of a move by the Ohio Department of Youth Services to train and arm a special team to track down youths who dodge parole.
