CWRU to decommission WebEx July 31; move content/recordings out of application

Case Western Reserve University is decommissioning WebEx Wednesday, July 31. Zoom will remain available as the university’s preferred conferencing platform.

In advance of the transition, University Technology ([U]Tech) requests that all WebEx users move their recordings/content out of the application.

A guide is available on how to download files out of WebEx. Taking care of this process now will allow for better and timely assistance for those who need it.
