Case Western Reserve University Master of Public Health (MPH) students Elena Barone, Clara Harb, Theo Russell, Farah Shemisa and Scott Trask won first place at the annual Ohio State University College of Public Health (CPH) Student Case Competition.
The CWRU team competed with student teams representing The Ohio State University and Wright State University on the development of a coordinated entry program for school-age youth in Ohio experiencing homelessness.
This year’s case competition community partner, The Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio, is a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to ending homelessness and promoting decent, safe, fair, affordable housing for all, with a focus on assisting low-income and special needs populations.
