Discounts now are available on United Airlines flights when booking through Case Western Reserve University-preferred travel agencies Flight II and Direct Travel. Discounts range from 2 to 16% based on fare class and destination.
As an added benefit, the agencies now perform name changes on unused/canceled United tickets purchased through them. Certain restrictions apply.
