The PossePlus Retreat is a space for students, faculty and staff to come together to discuss a topic relevant to our community. This spring, more than 5,500 students at 55 colleges and universities across the United States will engage in dialogue “The State of Leadership: Community, Conflict, & Change”. The retreat will be held Feb. 6 from 3 to 6 p.m. EST via Zoom.
Prior to the event, participants will watch a 10-minute video.
During the event, participants will explore the following questions:
- What does leadership mean now in this powerful, world-altering moment?
- How can your community come together to help lead the world forward?
- Where are the opportunities for you to lead as an individual?
- How can we continue to build community while we are physically distanced?
- How has the election shifted the social and political dynamics for change within our country?
