Cleveland.com: Latisha James, senior director of local government and community relations, discussed Case Western Reserve University’s agreement with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation to offer two annual scholarships to qualified students. “This year…we have been working really hard to make sure we provide the resources of the university to assist those who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to attend a higher education institution,” James said.
