As the Case Western Reserve University community continues to navigate the challenges of living and learning during a pandemic, the Dean of Students Office would like to remind the campus community of the COVID-19 CARE reporting system for unique circumstances related to the pandemic.
Through an online form, students, families, faculty and staff can identify students who:
- May need additional support;
- Have symptoms/exposures; or
- May be having difficulty adhering to public health guidelines, such as wearing a mask or social distancing.
Should you encounter a situation where it is appropriate to submit a COVID-19 CARE report, the form is available in the Rave Guardian app, or on the Dean of Students website.
