Case Western Reserve launching university-wide climate survey

Case Western Reserve University published its first Diversity Strategic Action Plan (DSAP) in 2012, and in the decade since has progressed toward goals of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion for students, staff, faculty and campus community members. Despite much progress, the university understands that there is much more work to do.

To be most effective, Case Western Reserve must strategically assess its campus climate on a consistent basis. The Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity is seeking your participation as a community for a current assessment of the campus climate. OIDEO will also commit to this Campus Climate assessment process every three years moving forward.

Data collected via this university-wide climate survey will not only shed light on the campus climate, but aggregated results will be shared with university leadership, as well as be used to inform the third iteration of the Diversity Strategic Action Plan.

This survey should take five to 10 minutes to complete.

As an expression of appreciation for the time, effort and energy used in completing this campus climate survey, participants may choose to register for a raffle. Fifty $20 Bon Appetit vouchers, which can be used at a variety of campus food establishments at the university, will be awarded.
