The CWRU Asian Faculty Association (AFA), with support from Office of the Provost, developed a series of workshops to assist faculty members in navigating their career paths and acquiring leadership skills.
Workshops will cover a range of topics, such as career and leadership visioning, cultural norms and awareness, emotional intelligence, and skills and strategies of academic leaders. All Case Western Reserve University faculty members are welcome to participate, however, please note that workshop topics will be tailored to issues and concerns that pertain to Asian faculty.
The workshop sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon on four Saturdays: Feb. 22, March 8, April 5 and April 26.
Registration costs $75 per person and is limited to 20 participants.
