Students are invited to join Women in Economics for an information session titled “Creating Your Path in Economics: An Expanding Diversity in Economics” today (Sept. 22) from 5 to 6 p.m. in Peter B. Lewis Building, Room 258.
Attendees will learn more about the importance and impact of economics and the array of academic and professional options available to students who draw on this important skill set.
The program director and alumni from an innovative summer program at the University of Chicago designed to increase diversity in the field of economics will speak at the event.
Free food will be provided.
