Create lasting, positive health behavior change with peer support in Wellness Program boot camp

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff are invited to participate in an eight-week Healthy Lifestyle Boot Camp to use peer support to create lasting, positive health behavior change.

With support from a health coach, the group will discuss topics related to a healthy lifestyle, such as nutrition, physical activity and sleep. Class time will be devoted to goal setting and problem solving.

Offered by partners at University Hospitals’ Connor Integrative Health Network, this class can be used to earn the Community Wellness Program Incentive.

The class will begin Thursday, May 23, in Crawford Hall, Room 11A, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Register to participate in the boot camp.
