CWRU’s employee assistance provider, IMPACT Solutions, is responding to the increased requests for assistance during the pandemic by providing even more in-the-moment telephonic support. A new COVID-19 Resource Center has been launched on the CWRU IMPACT Solutions website.
This week’s tip sheet is called “Taking Charge” and reinforces the message that information is power and encourages individuals to access the EAP website for valuable tools and resources to manage this challenging crisis.
To visit the Resource Center:
- Go to myimpactsolution.com.
- Click on the orange “Go to member login box”.
- At “MEMBER LOGIN”, enter Username. If you don’t remember the Username (Member Login as listed on CWRU Impact Solutions brochure), please call 1.800.227.6007, and they will be happy to provide it.
- Click the “SIGN IN” box.
- Scroll down to the various tiles and click on the blue tile, COVID-19 Resource Center.
