“COVID-19 and Supervising with Empathy”

As we begin the process of returning back to campus, we know we won’t be coming back to the same campus that we left in March. New schedules, mixed schedules, new rules and new guidelines will all be in effect, and employees will need to find another new normal.

Supervisors’ roles, perhaps more than ever before, will require emotional intelligence skills. Join Diana Bilimoria, the KeyBank Professor and chair of Weatherhead’s organizational behavior department, as she discusses the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence during this time of reentry back to campus.

This webinar, titled “COVID-19 and Supervising with Empathy,” will be held Friday, May 22, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
