Coronavirus Anxiety Workshop: “Coping with COVID-19”

University Health and Counseling Services will offer a two-part Coronavirus Anxiety Workshop series to help you identify changes you can make in your response to stress, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and alter behaviors to aid in reducing anxiety, building resilience, and finding your motivation as we live through social distancing.

The first installment, “Coping with COVID-19,” will be held Wednesday, April 29, followed by “Action Creates Motivation” Wednesday, May 6. Both sessions will be from 3 to 3:45 p.m. and offered via Zoom.

Register for the event through CampusGroups to receive the Zoom information. Registrants will be automatically registered for both dates.

This series is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate, graduate and professional students.
