In conjunction with the fourth annual French Food Festival, “à la carte 2018,” organized by the French Consulate in Chicago, Chris Terry, head chef at Edwins Restaurant, will host a cooking demonstration Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 4 to 6 p.m. in The Village at 115, House 5.
Terry will prepare Artichauts à la Barigoule, a typical French dish from Provence.
The event is free and open to all but registration is required.
