The Judaic Studies Program will host “A Conversation with Yossi Klein Halevi, Author of Letters to My Palestinian Neighbor” Thursday, Oct. 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Clark Hall, Room 206.
Empathizing with Palestinians and unraveling his complex, wide-ranging feelings as a Jew living in Israel, journalist Yossi Klein Halevi will discuss his vision of how to untangle the ideological and emotional knot that defines the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians. He will discuss his new book, Letters to My Palestinian Neighbor, and help his audience understand the choices confronting Israelis and Palestinians.
The Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities, Department of History, Department of Religious Studies and Cleveland Hillel will co-sponsor the event.
