Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to “Connections,” a CWRU/University Circle Symphony Orchestra concert featuring soloist Emma Bentley on clarinet. Directed by Kathleen Horvath, the performance will be Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Maltz Performing Arts Center.
The program will feature the performances of “Overture to the Hebrides, Op. 26” (Fingals Cave) and “Symphony No. 1 in c minor, Op. 11” by Felix Mendelssohn and “Clarinet Concerto No. 2 in Eb Major, Op. 74” by Carl Maria von Weber.
