Connect with other faculty parents at CWRU

The Faculty Parents’ Group is an organization, run by faculty under the auspices of the Office of Faculty Development, that provides information, support, and advocacy regarding family issues and work-life integration on campus. Members come from every school at Case Western Reserve University, and the group is open to any and all faculty members.

The group hosts informal and formal events throughout the academic year for sharing resources and moral support as well as communicating across the university. This fall, the Faculty Parents Group will resume in-person lunch gatherings after a pandemic-induced hiatus. A Google Group also is maintained as an invaluable resource for sharing information and discussing issues related to being a faculty parent at the university.

Visit the group’s website to find out how to join and for more information, including the schedule of fall semester lunches. Contact Professor Maggie Popkin at mlp84@case.edu with any questions about the Faculty Parents Group.
