Connect with colleagues by reading and discussing books together this winter

Connect with fellow faculty and staff this January by participating in one of two Books@Work sessions offered through the university Wellness Program. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will read three books together, discussing each book for four weeks with a CWRU faculty facilitator.

The winter 2021 sessions will take place on Tuesdays at noon, starting Jan. 19 and Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. starting Jan. 21. The sessions will take place over Zoom.

The books are provided, so participants just read and discuss. Throughout the session, faculty and staff will get to know one another better, breaking down the barriers between departments and program areas.

To register, participants must commit to attending at least 10 of the 12 sessions. To sign up, send an email to Mary Ann Dobbins at mxd490@case.edu with your preference for the Tuesday or Thursday program.

More than 400 individuals have participated in the CWRU Books@Work program and almost all say they would do it again.
