Compliance office to present monthly privacy-related information sessions

Next month, the University Compliance Office will begin presenting monthly privacy-related information sessions for Case Western Reserve University employees to learn best practice tips to apply to their jobs.

The sessions will take place on the third Thursday of every month, with topics rotating among general Privacy Management in Higher Education, Issues on FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and Issues on HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

The kick-off info session will take place Thursday, July 17, from 10 to 11 a.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room.
