At the beginning of June, the CWRU Compliance Office will email an outside interest disclosure form to all non-research staff who are required to disclose their outside interests. Those who receive the email must complete and submit it within 30 days pursuant to the university’s Conflict of Interest Policy. To facilitate participation, the CWRU Compliance Office has created a user-friendly outside interest reporting system via Qualtrics.
Reminder: CWRU staff will never ask for your password or Social Security number. Each invitation will contain a unique link specific to you, so do not forward it to others.
