Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to participate in the Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative’s upcoming Research Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, and Inclusion (READI) community engagement workshop Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. via Zoom.
This session will feature presentations and discussions on equitable community engagement. The following presenters will contribute to the discussion:
- Rebecca Baas from the UH Rainbow Center for Child Health and Policy will lead a segment on “Developing a Pathway for Community Researchers;”
- Praveen Mudumbi, Marion Wood, Shari Esquenazi-Karonika and Leah Baucomb from NIH RECOVER will share insights on “Creating Opportunities for Community Researcher Co-Authorship;” and
- Jacqueline Dolata will walk participants through the ins-and-outs of “Budgeting for Community Engagement.”
