Kelvin Smith Library will host a discussion with three librarians in the Cleveland area today (April 19) from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Freedman Center Collaboration Commons.
The discussion is titled “A Community Conversation About Libraries: Moving from Present to Future.”
The following individuals will participate:
- Sari Feldman, executive director of the Cuyahoga County Public Library;
- Arnold Hirshon, associate provost and university librarian at Case Western Reserve University; and
- Felton Thomas, executive director and CEO of Cleveland Public Library.
The librarians will provide overview of the issues and opportunities for their respective libraries, and engage with the audience in a dialog to explore what might be coming next.
