Where ideas come from
Australian Broadcasting Network: Mark Turner, professor of cognitive science, talked about the source of the idea. He believes ideas are generated by the brain’s ability to “blend” multiple thoughts rapidly. All animals do it, he said, but human beings can blend contradictory concepts.
