Property values fall across Ohio as every county undergoing reappraisal sees drop
The Plain Dealer: Cuyahoga County won’t conduct a state-required reappraisal until next year, but its property values are expected to drop then. “It hasn’t turned around,” said Claudia Coulton, co-director of the Center on Urban Poverty & Community Development. “The economy is still bad and people are still worried about their jobs and people are having difficulty getting loans to buy homes. We still have a stalled housing market.”
