Classroom/remote teaching technology assistance session

Do you sometimes lose your Zoom window when in the middle of class? Are you having a difficult time connecting with remote students and students in your classroom simultaneously? Have you discovered other challenges over the first two weeks of teaching?

University Technology [U]Tech staff will be available Thursday, Sept. 10, from 2 to 4 p.m., both remotely and in person in Nord Hall, Room 204 to answer questions faculty have about using technology to facilitate their live class sessions, whether teaching in the classroom or fully remotely.

Sign up for a time. A [U]Tech staff member will respond with a confirmation email and provide further information.

This session will be offered in addition to all existing ways of getting support, such as help@case.edu, help.case.edu and calling 216.368.HELP. The [U]Tech Service Desk offers unlimited and complimentary 24/7/365 computer service and support to CWRU students, faculty and staff. Contact 216.368.HELP for phone assistance from a technical support staff member.
