Latin@s in Ohio, an oral history exhibit held in conjunction with Hispanic Heritage Month, will be open through Oct. 7 in the Tinkham Veale University Center at the grand staircase and the The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women.
This oral history project, directed by Elena Foulis, director of the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, highlights the presence of Latin@s in the community and opens up a window for conversation and understanding of a culture that has shaped the Midwest for generations.
Some of the narratives in this exhibit are also available in Foulis’s free iBook, Latin@ Stories Across Ohio.
