Members of the community can establish healthy habits to start of the semester with One to One Fitness Center’s Free Guest Week and $5 classes at Next Level Fitness Studio Monday, Jan. 13, through Monday, Jan. 20.
One to One Fitness Center
During Free Guest Week, individuals can take advantage of One to One Fitness Center’s offerings, including cardio, machine and free weight equipment and two group exercise studios. Individuals will have access to free yoga, cycle, Pilates mat, HIIT, Zumba and more. Validated parking is available in Lot 53 and free lockers and towels are provided.
A valid photo ID is required for entry. Free Guest Week is open to everyone.

Next Level Fitness Studio
Next Level Fitness Studio will offer $5 classes to start the semester. Individuals can try hot, vinyasa and restorative yoga, cycle hip-hop, urban beats cycle, cycle/flow, HIIT, lower body conditioning, boxing bootcamp and more.
Space is limited. A valid photo ID is required for entry.
