The Tinkham Veale University Center is celebrating its five-year anniversary.
Members of the Case Western Reserve University community can mark the occasion Friday, Sept. 13, as 1,000 cupcakes are given away from noon to 2 p.m. Cupcakes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vegan and gluten-free cupcakes are available for those with food allergies.
Also in honor of the five-year celebration, Bon Appétit Management Co. will offer $5.55 lunch specials at three food court locations:
- Pinzas will have lasagna and garlic bread.
- Melt University will have a half kindergarten sandwich with French fries.
- Miso will have an eggroll with fried rice.
Miso also will offer complimentary samples from its new menu.
