National Research Administrator Day is Friday, Sept. 25. The day is meant to recognize the contributions made by administrators on a daily basis. Case Western Reserve University encourages offices on campus to celebrate by showing their appreciation for their research administrators.
“Research administrators are some of the hardest working people on this campus and often are the unsung heroes of our successful research proposals and projects,” Suzanne M. Rivera, vice president for research, said. “We welcome the opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of research administrators everywhere on campus—in the central administration, dean’s offices, departments and laboratories.”
Moving forward, National Research Administrator Day will be celebrated annually on Sept. 25, as determined by the registrar at National Day Calendar.
