‘Tis the season for sweet treats! In recognition of National Cookie Day this weekend, Saturday, Dec. 4, The Daily invites the campus community to celebrate in Spartan style.
Last December, Jason Bradshaw, director of design and manufacturing at Larry Sears and Sally Zlotnik Sears think[box], used the CAD program SolidWorks and one of the many 3D printers in the makerspace to create a CWRU-themed cookie cutter that cuts the shape of a Spartan helmet while also embossing the cookie. This year, the design—which takes less than 20 minutes to print—is available for use by all; simply download the file and head to think[box] to make your own cookie cutter to keep.
