Robert (“Bob”) Schlappal has joined the Health Education Campus as CBRE’s new senior operations manager, where he’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the CBRE team.
Schlappal has more than 35 years of experience in facilities management, spending the last 12 years on the CBRE Cleveland Clinic team.
He takes on the position as Kevin Malinowski moves on to a role with CBRE supporting school leadership in developing operating enhancements, policies and procedures, and performance standards.
