CaseLearns New Media Workshops return this semester with offerings from digital images and digital video to desktop publishing and presentation design.
In addition, this semester the “Tell Me About Technology” workshops will return. Part demonstration and part discussion, these one-hour workshops will take place every Thursday on a variety of different topics ranging from self publishing to Facebook.
Faculty members who are interested in having students incorporate new media projects into their courses are encouraged to contact the library’s Creative New Media Officer Jared Bendis at jared.bendis@case.edu. Bendis can consult faculty members on project parameters, arrange for training sessions and showcase how best to take advantage of resources such as the Freedman Center and the Software Center.
