Case Western Reserve University officials announced today that the tuition deadline for the fall semester will be September 6, 2013, while the deadline for the spring semester is Jan. 24, 2014. The university has moved its payment due dates earlier to align more closely with peer institutions and manage enrollment and academic services more effectively. Case Western Reserve will continue to offer multiple payment options for families and individuals. W.A. “Bud” Baeslack III, provost and executive vice president, is sending details about the choices to students this week.
Officials emphasized that only the amount specified on students’ bills are due. Scholarships or other financial assistance from the university or other organizations will be credited to their accounts. That said, it is the responsibility of individual families to apply for and secure educational loans cited within aid packages. Those who have questions regarding financial aid can contact the university’s Director of Financial Aid, Venus M. Puliafico, at vxp4@case.edu or 216.368.4530.
