Case Western Reserve Career Center staff members Sylvia Marrero, assistant director of student outreach, and Lisa Grisez-Shullick, career development manager, will facilitate a discussion titled “LinkedIn: Building your Professional Network” at the next WHAT? Wednesday event. They will discuss how to build and maintain a strong network as a Case Western Reserve University staff member by gaining access to key people, becoming aware of opportunities to advance skills, and receiving the information necessary to advance a career.
The free, public event will take place Wednesday, Dec. 4, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Spartan Room.
To attend, RSVP to Heather Clayton Terry, associate director for women in science and engineering, at hcc5@case.edu.
WHAT? Wednesdays are informal brown bag lunch discussions sponsored by the FloraStone Mather Center for Women and are open to the CWRU community. Those interested in leading a discussion or have an idea for a future program can contact the center at centerforwomen@case.edu or 216.368.0985.
