Cancer Center Seminar Series: “Microbiota in Human Population”

Join the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center for a presentation featuring Jiyoung Ahn, professor of population health (epidemiology) at New York University Grossman School of Medicine and associate director for population science at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center. Ahn will present “Microbiota in Human Population: Risk Factors for Cancer Development and Progression” virtually Friday, Oct. 8, at noon.

This presentation is part of the Cancer Center Seminar Series, an interdisciplinary program that addresses cutting-edge clinical, translational and basic research topics in cancer and is a focal point of the educational and inter-programmatic activities of the cancer center. CME credit will still be available for those who attend seminars live or via Zoom.

A mini-retreat for this seminar will take place virtually from 9 to 11 a.m. before Ahn’s presentation. Contact Kelsey Kirsch at kxk666@case.edu for access if you would like to attend.

Register for the presentation and learn more about the seminar series.
