“Campfire Tales: Not-So-Scary Stories about Teaching and Learning Remotely”

The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) and University Technology ([U]Tech) will offer “Campfire Tales: Not-So-Scary Stories about Teaching and Learning Remotely” Monday, May 4, from 1 to 2:30 via Zoom.

This event will provide an opportunity for faculty to gather around the virtual fire to share their challenges, lessons learned and successes in remote teaching. The faculty discussion will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Students also will give testimonials about how this transition impacted their learning experience from 2 to 2:10 p.m.

To conclude the event, UCITE and [U]Tech’s Teaching and Learning Technologies team will give a preview of summer faculty remote learning/training and dual-delivery planning moving forward.

Register for the event. Those who register will receive a calendar invite with the Zoom link included. Those who are interested but cannot attend can complete the registration form and a link to the session recording will be sent following the event.
