Call for submissions: International winter traditions—how do you celebrate?

At Case Western Reserve University, our campus is home to students from around the globe, each bringing their unique traditions to the holiday season. Whether it’s a special dish, a cultural custom, or a meaningful family ritual, the diversity of winter celebrations is something worth sharing.

This winter, The Daily’s editorial team is interested in highlighting the unique ways our international students celebrate the season. How do you and your family celebrate winter holidays? What traditions do you hold dear, whether they’re part of a larger cultural heritage or something specific to your family?

If you’d like to share your winter traditions, we want to hear from you! Please email case-daily@case.edu by Nov. 29 with your name, email address, and a few sentences about your traditions.

Due to the volume of submissions, we can’t guarantee that everyone will be featured, but we look forward to learning about the diverse ways our community celebrates the season!
