Build your professional development skills this fall

The Professional Development Center (PDC) at Case Western Reserve aims to provide university employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university.

Those looking to build their professional development skills will have plenty of opportunities this fall, including group training sessions. For more information on the offerings, keep an eye on the PDC training calendar website

Register for upcoming sessions through CampusGroups.

Those interested in pursuing the Employee Supervision Certificate should review program requirements ahead of the session being offered this fall.

Additionally, Career Development Consultations are available year round. Career Development Consultations are a place for staff members to work with the career development manager in a one-on-one capacity on a variety of topics. These sessions can be used to confidentially prepare for a difficult conversation or performance evaluation, get assistance completing a self-assessment, work on skills such as time management or organization, and more.
