Career Development Consultations are a place for staff members to work with the career development manager in a one-on-one capacity on a variety of topics. These sessions can be used to confidentially prepare for a difficult conversation or performance evaluation, get assistance completing a self-assessment, work on skills such as time management or organization, and more.
