Brookings publishes Dean Lawrence Mitchell’s article on changing U.S. incentive structure

School of Law Dean Lawrence Mitchell recently had a paper published by Brookings. The paper, titled “Whose Capital; What Gains? Why the U.S. Economy Needs to Change Incentives,” appeared online July 10.

In the paper, Mitchell makes the case that if the incentive structure of American management and financial markets doesn’t change, the country’s well-being and national security will suffer.
