Breathe: “Sun Salutation Yoga & Brief Mindfulness Meditation”

Students are invited to stop by Kelvin Smith Library today (Feb. 3) from 1 to 1:30 p.m. for a “Breathe” session titled “Sun Salutation Yoga & Brief Mindfulness Meditation.”

The session engages the body and mind for a synergistic, relaxing experience.

ConnectCWRU, University Health & Counseling Services, and the Kelvin Smith Library sponsor the “Breathe” mini interactive relaxation series for students.
