Associate Professor of Art History and Art Elina Gertsman’s new book, World Within: Opening the Medieval Shrine Madonna, was shortlisted for the 2016 Charles Rufus Morey Award from College Art Association.
Each year, the organization honors an especially distinguished book in the history of art, published in the English language. Gertsman’s book was one of three selected from hundreds of nominations to be shortlisted.
