With the activities planned for the BlueBash event at Veale Convocation Center on Thursday, Oct. 13, the following changes to parking have been implemented:
Lot 53 (Veale Center Garage): The first two levels of Veale Garage will be reserved beginning at 4 a.m. Permit parking will be available on levels 3 and above. Permit parkers exiting between 4 and 7 p.m. must use the second level exit. Right turn only onto Adelbert Road bridge. Officers will be on site to direct traffic.
Lot 55 (Health Sciences Garage): Anyone exiting between 4 and 7 p.m. must turn left only onto Circle Drive toward Cornell Road. Officers will be on site to direct traffic.
121 Fitness guests have been alerted that they must park in Lot 44 (across from the Greenhouse) and Lot 5 (Fribley).
Commuters throughout University Circle should anticipate a higher than normal volume of traffic during the rush hour between 4 and 7 p.m. Given the number of guests expected for the event, attendees should anticipate traffic and parking delays.
