The Biomedical Research Building Café is temporarily closed this week, but will serve express items out of the BRB Starbucks.
The menu will include:
- Grilled vegetable wrap with hummus;
- Tuna salad sandwich on Italian bread;
- Greek chicken summer salad;
- Salmon Caesar salad;
- Smoked turkey with cranberry aioli with provolone cheese on 9-grain bread; and
- Fresh fruit cups.
Those who would like a hot lunch are encouraged to visit Plum Market Kitchen, Tomlinson Marketplace, Tinkham Veale University Center or HEC Kitchen.
