Paralyzed again
MIT Technology Review: P. Hunter Peckham, the Donnell Institute Professor and director of the Functional Electrical Stimulation Center, has been working to create a nonprofit/for-profit partnership to help bolster the future of implantable technologies for people who have been paralyzed. Creating the Institute for Functional Restoration at Case Western Reserve was the first step in the process.
