Benelect open enrollment materials will not be sent via campus mail again this year. The 2019 Benelect guide, a summary of Benelect changes for 2019, the 2019 price sheets, and instructions for making your elections in the online enrollment system are available on the 2019 Benelect open enrollment information website.
Printed materials will be available at the Benefits Fair and in the Human Resources Service Center (in Crawford Hall, Room 320).
The 2019 Benelect open enrollment period runs from Nov. 5 to Nov. 30.
Benefits Fair
The Benefits Fair will take place Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 8, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom. All benefits-eligible university employees are encouraged to attend.

The Department of Human Resources will offer free flu shots to faculty and staff during the Benefits Fair. Appointments are not necessary. This will be the last opportunity to receive your flu vaccination on campus.
Employees will need to present their Case Western Reserve ID cards when checking in.
