Begun Center’s Jane Timmons-Mitchell collaborates on research into suicide among teenagers and adults with epilepsy

Jane Timmons-Mitchell, senior research associate at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, collaborated with other authors to publish a piece titled “Digital conversations about suicide among teenagers and adults with epilepsy: A big-data, machine learning analysis”.

The study used the data to compare teenagers and adults with regard to suicidality, and did so using machine-learning technology.
